E-mail notifications are sent to the e-mail address associated with your MMA Username (setup when you registered with MMA). To view or change this e-mail address:
- In the 'My Account Info' card, click the 'Manage My Account Info' link
- Enter the e-mail address you want notices delivered to
- Click the blue 'Update My Account Info' button
If the e-mail address is correct and you still are not receiving notices in that mailbox, please contact POPP at 763-797-7900.
It is possible that spam filtering software installed on your computer or used by your e-mail provider or internet service provider is blocking the e-mails. Some tips that may help you resolve the issue are:
- Add the "popp.com" domain to your e-mail "safe list"
- If your settings do not allow you to add e-mail addresses to a "safe list", use the Help section or contact your e-mail provider's customer support to research your configuration options.
- Disable your e-mail filtering spam software on your computer
